Double click the Xampp Control Panel and then start Apache and MySql
Open your Browser (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome etc)
type
localhost / xampp / splash.php
And click on English for language selection
Click PhpMyAdmin for entry into the database administration page
Example the creation of a database with a name akademik_bca, and then click create
